Pada Mei 2022, Ramli dan Kartinah berkenalan di sebuah sosial media. Setelah beberapa bulan saling berkomunikasi, kemudian mereka merasa nyaman dan banyak memiliki kesamaan. Seiring waktu, kedekatan mereka semakin erat, dan akhirnya ditahun 2025 memutuskan untuk melanjutkan hubungan ke jenjang yang lebih serius, dengan penuh harapan dan keyakinan untuk masa depan bersama.
